INGREDIENTS :

2 big bunches of Methi (Fenugreek) Leaves
2tsp Chili powder
1 ½ tbsp. Tamarind pulp
2 ½ tbsp Besan (Bengal Gram Flour)
Little Jaggery (Brown sugar)
Salt to taste

METHOD :

Wash and clean Methi leaves and chop them finely. Heat oil in a pan add Mustard Seeds and when they start spluttering add Turmeric powder, to this add Methi leaves and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ½ Cup water, Chili powder, Tamarind pulp, Jaggery and Salt. Stir until Methi leaves are cooked. Sprinkle Gram flour slowly and stir until the Methi leaves are coated with Gram flour.

Remove to a serving bowl and serve hot with Roti's or Chapathi's.
