INGREDIENTS :
¼ Kg. Small Madaki/Matki soaked and sprouted
Little Jaggery
1½ tsp. Chili powder
Salt to taste
2tbsp Grated Coconut
2tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
For Seasoning :
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Turmeric powder
Few Curry leaves
1 tbsp Oil
METHOD :
Boil the sprouts with Jaggery, Chili powder and Salt. Heat oil add Mustard seeds, when they start spluttering add Turmeric powder and Curry leaves. To this add the boiled sprouts and mix well.
Remove to a serving bowl and serve garnished with chopped Coriander and grated Coconut.
