INGREDIENTS :

250gms Cabbage, Chopped
11/2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Dhania Powder
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Fresh Coconut, Grated
1 tsp Jaggery Powder
Salt to taste

METHOD :

Cabbage PalyaHeat Oil in kadai(wok), add Mustard Seeds, when they start spluttering add Turmeric powder. To this add the Chopped Cabbage, Chili Powder, Dhania Powder, Salt and Jaggery. Mix well. Add 1 Cup Water and close the kadai with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove to a serving bowl and garnish with Coconut and serve with Rotis.
