INGREDIENTS :
3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
3 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Cauliflower, Minced
1 Onion, Chopped finely
3 Green Chilies, Chopped
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Dhania-Jeera Powder (Coriander - Cumin Powder)
1 tsp Ginger, Grated
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, Chopped
METHOD :
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Add the required amount of water and mix to a dough. Divide the dough to small balls. Roll out each one into a Paratha. Heat a tava(griddle) and roast the Parathas using Butter or Oil on both the sides.
Serve hot with Raitha, Pickles or Chutney of your choice.
