INGREDIENTS :

4 Cups Bajra Flour (Millet Flour)
2½ Cups Water

METHOD :

Bajra Ki Roti / Sajji RottiMix flour with 1 ½ Cups of hot water and knead well to make a dough. If required add more hot water. Divide the dough into 8 portions. Flatten the dough into a Roti of circular form using only the palms on a floured surface. Place the Roti on a hot tava. Apply water on the topside to the Roti with hand or with a cloth dipped in water. Turn it immediately and roast the Roti till fully done on both sides.

Remove and serve hot with Butter, Chutney and Gongura (Sour Leaves) Palya.
