INGREDIENTS :

2 Onion, Sliced
1-Cup Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp Pudina (Mint leaves)
½ tsp Amchoor Powder (Dry Mango Powder)
1-Cup Groundnuts, Roasted
1 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
8 - 10 Curry leaves
1 tsp Urad Dal (Black Gram split)
5 Green Chilies
1 inch Ginger piece
Salt to taste

METHOD :

Grind Onions, Coriander, Mint, Groundnuts, Salt, Green Chilies and Ginger to a paste. Remove to a bowl, to this add Amchur and Tamarind. Mix well. Heat Oil and add Mustard Seeds, Urad Dal and Curry leaves. When the Urad Dal turns pink and the Mustard Seeds starts spluttering add this to the Chutney and mix well.

Serve it with Dosa, Paratha or Roti.
