INGREDIENTS :

 200 gms Black Raisins, Deseeded and Chopped
2 tbsp Jaggery
2 tbsp Raisins, Chopped
10 Mint leaves
1 tbsp Chili powder
3 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Salt

METHOD :

Black Raisin ChutneyWash Black Raisins and soak them in half a cup of lukewarm water for an hour. Grind the soaked Black Raisins with Jaggery, Mint, Chili powder, Lemon juice, Cumin powder and Salt to a fine paste. Add the chopped Raisins to the Chutney and keep aside for at least half an hour before serving.
