INGREDIENTS :
¼ Kg. Kharjura - 2 Cups Kharjur pieces
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Ghee
1 Cup Sugar
If 1 Cup Grated Fresh Coconut is added then 1 ¼ Cup Sugar is to be used
METHOD :
Boil the dates with Milk. Grind it to a paste. Now add the coconut and grind again to a paste. Heat Ghee in a kadai and add the dates mixture to it and cook on medium flame till the moisture evaporates. Pour on a greased tray and cut into pieces of desired shape.
