INGREDIENTS :
125 gms sweet biscuit crumbs
50gms butter
350 gms fresh curd
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup mango jelly
1/2 cup whipped cream
2 tbsp sugar
For Garnishing
Mango slices and cherries
Method:
Take the biscuit crumbs in a bowl and mix it with soft butter.
Pour this mixture in to a cake dish. Mix curd, sugar and the mango jelly with the mixture put in the cake dish.
Mix in the sweetened whipped cream with the above mixture gently.
Now pour the remaining crumbs on the dish.
Garnish with mango slices and cherries.
Set in the fridge to set.
Serve chill.
