Ingredients:
Sugar cube
Angostura Bitters
Soda Water
Ice
60 ml Whisky
Orange Twist
Lemon Twist
Method:
Soak the sugar cube in a dash of bitters. Place the sugar cube in the serving glass and top with a good dash of soda water.
Add ice and stir to dissolve the sugar cube.
add whisky, garnish it with the lemon and orange twist.
