Can you imagine life without arms and kegs even for a second? Trust me there are people who enjoy life without the parts without which we can’t even think of living.
Nick Vujicic was born without arms or legs, even his parents couldn't bear to look at him. His own father left the hospital room to vomit and his distraught mother didn't hold him until he was four months old.
When he was 10, suicidal tendency elevated in him. He often tried to drown himself in bath. But instead of giving up on life, brave Nick has now embraced them with the help of friends and family.
Now 26-year-old from Melbourne, Australia enjoys everything other lads his age do - playing football, swimming, surfing. He's even won awards for his zest for life. Although the greater part of his body is torso, he has a small foot at the bottom of one hip which helps him in everyday life. Determined Nick uses it to type, hold a pen to write and pick things up between his toes.
When he was 18 months old his father put him in the water that gave the courage to learn how to swim. Nick's father was a computer programmer and taught his little son how to type with his toe aged just six. Despite the risk of bullying, his parents insisted he attend mainstream school. When he was 8-years-old, he went to his mum crying and told her that he wanted to kill himself.
His mum took him in front of mirror said: 'You know what the world is right that you have no arms or legs, but they'll never take away the beauty of your eyes.' Then their was no stopping. In 1990 Nick won the Australian Young Citizen of the Year award for his bravery and perseverance and has kept a strong sense of humor that is popular with friends and family.
Nick plans to continue traveling the world, and enjoy everything that life throws at him.” I tell people to keep on getting up when they fall and to always love themselves," he said. "If I can encourage just one person then my job in this life is done."
