Stuffed Potato Roti

Take a roti and spread green chutney or sauce over it. Add a layer of mashed potato and chana on the roti. Now spread all the stuffing on it. Sprinkle the salt and chat masala and apply a thin paste of mashed potato on its edges and stick another chapatti on it. Take oil or ghee on a nonstick pan and roast the roti from both the sides. The stuffed rotis are ready and can be served with sauce or dahi.

Peel off the raw mangoes and cut it into small pieces. Add to it jeera powder, mint leaves, salt, ginger, chilly and jaggery. Grind it finely in the mixer. Take it in a bowl and add three glasses of chilled water into it. Mix the entire composition well and filter it. A cool refreshing summer drink is ready to be served.
