Make spinach and mushroom quiche

Make spinach and mushroom quiche

Things you'll need:
¡ Onion- 1, small
¡ Garlic minced - 1 clove
¡ Butter - for saute pan
¡ Mushrooms - 1 can; drained
¡ Frozen spinach- 10 oz
¡ Milk - 1/2 cup
¡ Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
¡ Eggs - 5, beaten until fluffy
¡ Salt and pepper to taste
¡ Cheese - 8 oz, shredded
¡ Pie crust - 1

Step one: Saute onions, garlic and butter in skillet over medium heat until onions soften, or about three minutes.

Step two: Add mushrooms and spinach to the pan with a bit more butter, and saute for another seven minutes.

Step three: Beat milk and mayonnaise until creamy.

Step four: Beat eggs in separate bowl until fluffy.

Step five: Combine eggs, mayo and milk and whisk until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step six: Remove pan from heat and add onion, spinach and mushrooms to the egg mixture. Stir until blended.

Step seven: Mix in half of the shredded cheese.

Step eight: Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust. Top with remaining cheese.

Step nine: Cover pie crust with foil and bake in pre-heated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the centre of the quiche comes out clean.
